Same problem here. Cannot open the phone message.

I imagine there's a glitch somewhere in that particular area. Perhaps have your people go in and find that particular glitch and work on it. Left handed is no problem for me as I use both R & L buttons. I did try both of those on the phone, but...

I am left handed and use a mouse on the left side of my PC.

I am left handed and use a mouse on the left side of my PC. I can't use my mouse as it is set up now. I also cannot click on READ on phone and am unable to proceed.
